The mission
At the end of the winter season, we look back once more at an interesting job we carried out between the holidays in late December 2015.
On Monday, December 28, 2015, the emergency call of a new customer reached us at 3 p.m.: 5 machines measuring 3000 mm x 2300 mm x 3150 mm and weighing 3 tons each had to be moved immediately under tarpaulin from Koblenz to Warsaw. A distance of about 1200 km.
The previously commissioned carrier had only provided 2 open trucks. What now?
Thanks and appreciation for our employees
Our phones were running hot. Many of our employees were enjoying their well-earned Christmas holidays.
By 4 p.m., 4 drivers had been found who willingly interrupted their holidays, so that two transports with 2 drivers each could be planned. At 5 p.m., we received the customer's written order.
On the same day, the machines could be loaded at about 11 p.m. and unloaded the following day. By Wednesday, December 30, 2015, our drivers were back home again and were able to celebrate the New Year with their families.
