An area of about 5,000 m² with two cranes, offering 120 tons and 60 tons lifting capacity, and a floor load of 100 tons on 1 m² provides extensive options for your needs.
Modern offices and sanitary facilities make this area your ideal production and warehouse location.
Flexible rental areas
Have we piqued your interest? The warehouse is available for rent at short notice in areas of 1,000 m², 2,000 m², 3,000 m², 4,000 m² or completely.
Perhaps the outdoor storage area with approximately 8,500 m² already serves your purposes. The installation of a gantry crane is planned here.
